Our termite technicians will come out and treat the soil for owners/builders before the concrete is poured for the foundation for your home or business. This will lay the basis for protection from subterranean termites after the completion of the project.
For wood frame homes our termite technicians will come out during your home or business construction and treat the bottom couple of feet of wood framing with Bora-Care chemical. Bora-care is an insecticide, termiticide and fungicide concentrate used as a treatment on untreated wood. If applied correctly the Bora-Care treatment should last for the life of the wood.
The final type of preventative termite protection we offer is Termite Soil Injection Treatment. Our technicians will come out to your home or business and inject chemicals around the perimeter of your structure to create a barrier that will protect from subterranean termites.

Driggers Pest Control offers 5-year termite protection bond for homes or businesses where we apply preventative termite treatment followed by annual termite inspections to maintain the termite protection. We also offer an assurance that if you have a termite bond with us, and termites infiltrate your home, then we would be responsible for damages up to $250,000. Driggers offers a termite inspection service for existing homes. With this service our termite inspector will visit the home you are looking to purchase to identify any infestation it may currently have, or may have had in the past, to help you determine any exposure during the home purchase process.
After a termite inspection, our technician can perform a one-time spot termite treat for any area where they have identified active termites.
Driggers Pest Control offers Subterranean Termite Treatment for exisiting homes where previous termite protection plans may have expired. After we perform the termite inspection and apply any spot termite treatment, our technicians will perform soil injections around the perimeter of your home to prevent subterranean termite penetration in the future.
